Delivery & Product Lead Times
Our Customer Care team will contact you when your items are ready for delivery and book a day that suits you.
Our delivery team will contact you on the morning of delivery before 10am and provide you with a time slot. We’ll fulfil any assembly service purchased with your order. We ask that you please clear the room and pathway to the room for delivery in advance.
Not ready for your delivery? don't worry we can hold stock FREE of charge for up to 14 days. If you cannot accept the delivery within 14 days, then we will be entitled to cancel your order and retain 20% of the order value to cover associated costs.
Please notify us at least 24 hours before the delivery of any delivery amendments. Amendment may lead to an increase in lead-time.
Please inspect the goods carefully upon receipt. All goods are deemed accepted 7 days after delivery.
In the unlikely event, we are unable to complete the delivery of your goods, we will be entitled to cancel the order and refund the amounts paid.
We deliver most products using our own dedicated Bedworld & Italy Design fleet. Deliveries to the Republic of Ireland will be arranged with our Delivery partner’s. We always aim to make the delivery experience as seamless as possible for you and when necessary contact will be made directly by our partner to arrange convenient delivery for you.
Product Lead Times
Product lead times will differ depending on which goods purchased as some products take longer to arrive than others. Goods that are ‘available to order’ have an estimated lead time of 4-6 weeks & 6-10 weeks depending on product. If your order contains goods that have a longer lead time the order will be held until all goods can be delivered together. We will email estimated lead times for all orders when processed.
